Before joining private practice, Fairuz Adiba served seven years as a Legal Officer at the Office of the Chief Registrar, Federal Court of Malaysia, working closely with High Court Judges YA Datuk Nurchaya Arsad and YA Dato’ Hue Siew Kheng.
She was appointed as a Senior Assistant Registrar and Magistrate, focusing on civil and commercial litigation. Since 2010, she has gained extensive experience in arbitration, legal advisory, adjudication, and court administration. In the legal practice arena, Fairuz specializes in civil litigation, handling property and commercial disputes. Her expertise includes advising clients on legal rights, negotiating settlements, and representing them in court. She also has significant experience in contract law, including sales, lease, purchasing, and partnership agreements.
She is also licensed to practice Syariah matters in the Federal Territories.
