Nurhidayah Binti Kamsani

Her expertise in conveyancing includes Sale and Purchase Agreements, Perfection of Transfer, Perfection of Charge, Loan Documentation, and estate matters such as Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration. She has handled transactions, including a RM52 million vacant land sale.

Nurhidayah thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. She successfully managed a RM350 million Malay Reserve Land Development Project in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, under SPNB, handling landowners, authorities, and key acquisitions. She also led a RM3 million corporate rescue for a non-Bumiputera company.

As a sole proprietor for five years, she gained extensive firm management experience. With strong business acumen and an extensive network, she has driven the firm’s success, securing legal panel appointments for GLCs and private companies, including SPNB, LPPSA, LBS Bina Group Berhad, MGB Berhad, and Nadi Emery Sdn Bhd.

Fairuz Adiba Binti Ismail

Before joining private practice, Fairuz Adiba served seven years as a Legal Officer at the Office of the Chief Registrar, Federal Court of Malaysia, working closely with High Court Judges YA Datuk Nurchaya Arsad and YA Dato’ Hue Siew Kheng.

She was appointed as a Senior Assistant Registrar and Magistrate, focusing on civil and commercial litigation. Since 2010, she has gained extensive experience in arbitration, legal advisory, adjudication, and court administration.
In the legal practice arena, Fairuz specializes in civil litigation, handling property and commercial disputes. Her expertise includes advising clients on legal rights, negotiating settlements, and representing them in court. She also has significant experience in contract law, including sales, lease, purchasing, and partnership agreements.

Muhsin Bin Izhar Hisham

Muhsin leads the Firm’s litigation department. He began his career at Messrs Azam Idzham Azman & Partners, handling extensive litigation, including Industrial Court trials for unfair dismissal cases.

He later served as a Legal Officer at Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ), prosecuting cases in the Municipal Magistrate Court. In 2017, he returned to private practice as a legal associate at Messrs Hafiz Zabir and Rezal.

In 2019, Muhsin founded Messrs Muhsin Izhar & Co., focusing on criminal and general litigation. Seeking a strong team for growth, he joined Messrs Hidayah Kamsani as a Partner in 2020. His expertise includes banking and general litigation, debt recovery, execution, probate, letters of administration, and writs of possession.

Faeezatul Fadillah Binti Dahalan

Faeezatul is a dedicated and action oriented lawyer specialises in area of Conveyancing including handled, reviewd, negotiated and drafted agreement relating to sale and purchase of residential, commercial, industrial properties between individual and corporations. She has vast experience in dealing with government and private sectors especially the financial institutions, building society and infrasturcture developers.

She graduated in Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons) in 2015 from UiTM and Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Parctise (DSLA) in 2016. She was called to the Bar on 25th March 2016 and recently registered as Company Secretary with Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries.

Fifi Afifah Binti Mohd Liza

Fifi Afifah graduated in Bachelor of Law & Shariah (LLB & LBBs Hons) in 2019 from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Parctise (DSLA) in 2021. She was called to the Bar on 8th December 2023.

She is a vibrant young lawyer who core area of practice from her pupillage is conveyancing and shariah matters. She is also licensed to practice Syariah matters in the Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.

Hassan Basri Bin Mohamad

Hassan Basri had nearly 30 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel and adviser with a reputable oil and gas corporation. Throughout his career, he underwent a training and work stint with a leading firm in London and had an overseas posting in Sudan. His expertise encompassed managing external lawyers in corporate litigation, overseeing international procurements and construction contracts, and working within joint venture environments.

Hassan held an LLB degree from Aberystwyth University, UK (1989), attended the International Gas Contracts and Negotiations Programme at the College of Petroleum Studies in Oxford (1990), and sat for the Certificate in Legal Practice at the University of Malaya (1995/96).

It is with profound sadness that we announce he passed away in November 2022., but his legacy remains deeply embedded in our firm. We are forever indebted to him for his invaluable contributions to the firm's development and growth. His dedication, wisdom, and mentorship continue to inspire us in our legal practice.

Sabariah Binti Mohamad

Sabariah Mohamad is a retired Associate Professor in Transportation and Logistics Studies at the Faculty of Business Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. She obtained her Masters Degree in Transport Studies from University of Wales, Cardiff.

Her last academic management appoinment was as a director of Malaysia Institute of Transport (MITRANS) where she was instrumental to the development of Postgraduate Department, positioning the Institute as National HICOE securing national and international grants for transport and logistics research bringing reputable organisations such as Malaysia Airports, SPNB, MOT, MITI, DBKL, NPC, KTMB, Northport as close partners of the Institute including representing for APEC Transport Working Groups meetings in Kuala Lumpur, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Cebu, Tokyo and Manila. She is Chartered Member of the CILT, a professional body for transport and logistics and regularly attending annual meetings in Sydney, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mauritius, London and Singapore. Sabariah is a certified Business Coaching and Halal Logistics Trainer.

Amir Bin Mohamad

Amir Mohamad's areas of specialty are mainly project procurement, project management, project financing, and construction; generally, property development.

His competency covers all aspects of a property development from land matters, pre-development matters, to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Whilst, his long involvement in the industry has made him accessible to multiple approaches of project financing and project turnaround.
His more than 25-years-experience in the field and his acute awareness of the market/industry changes, coupled with his constant research in the related fields have allowed him to provide precise and practical development approach and solutions to the Clients.

Amir holds BSc in Civil Engineering from the Clemson University, South Carolina, USA (1989).
